Adrenaline in the city
A little bit nerve wrecking, a lot of fun. You will jump off Signal Hill and glide over the Moullie Point, Sea Point and Green Point area with a soft landing on the green fields on the seashore. In my opinion this is the best way to see Cape Town. You can also jump off Lions Head and experience a slightly different view.

Shark cage diving
If your dream is to star in your own Jaws movie, then this is your chance! At the crack of dawn you will be picked up and driven to Gaansbaai where a boat will take you out to the worlds highest concentration of great white sharks. This is definitely the sea-safari experience of a lifetime.
Abseil down Table Mountain
If walking on top of one of the 7 natural wonders of the world is not enough for you, then dangling off the mountain’s edge might be more your speed. With your harness fastened and Camps Bay as your backdrop, you will jump down the back of Table Mountain.
Guided sea kayak tours take you out from Simons Town and to the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach. This is a perfect start to the day for active individuals. This trip can be combined with a trip to Cape Point.
SUP and surf
The rolling foamies on the long shores of Muizenberg is the perfect place for rookie surfer to learn. There are rental shops that offer wetsuits and boards in various shapes and sizes. Surf instructors can also be hired, however it is possible to play around in the waves and learn the ropes on your own.
Hang ten in the sunsine and grab a hot chocolate from one of the cafes at the Surfers Corner as an ‘après surf’.
